Creating an account is free. Individual events are prepaid and priced by their organizers.

Tiers (Verified, Trusted, Ambassador) are earned through verified attendance, organizer endorsements and referrals, never purchased. They can rise and decay based on your activity over a rolling 12-month window.

At your first event an organizer confirms your name and date of birth in person. We record only that the check happened. No documents or images are stored.

Yes. Your alias and optional @username are what others see. Your legal name is used only for the one-time in-person check and is never shown on your public profile.

Photos live in albums, and each album has its own visibility. Nothing is ever on a public web address. Media is served only through short-lived signed links to people allowed to see it.

Yes. Statement descriptors are deliberately neutral: no lifestyle or adult terms ever appear on your card or bank statement.

Reports are reviewed by administrators. Outcomes range from a promotion freeze to suspension or a permanent ban. See the Community Guidelines.

Use the report option on the relevant profile, event or organization page. Reports are confidential, logged, and reviewed by our team, and they factor into trust decisions.

Apply to create an organization from your account. Applications are reviewed and vetted by an admin, just like member registration; once approved you can set up and run your own events.

Create and publish events, vet and approve your guest list by trust tier, invite a team with roles, run QR check-in, and manage refunds.

Use Report a Bug or Feedback from the menu. Tickets are triaged and prioritised, and you can follow your ticket and replies from your support inbox.
