Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter this agreement. Our Secret Lifestyle is an adults-only, members-only community. Access is by invitation or approved application, and approval is at our and our hosts' discretion.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. Impersonation, or creating an account to evade a ban, is prohibited.

Community conduct

Consent, respect and discretion are non-negotiable. You agree not to photograph, film or record others without explicit consent, not to share other members' identities or information, and to follow the Community Guidelines and any host's rules at an event.

Reports are taken seriously. Violations can lead to loss of trust tier, suspension, or a permanent, cross-platform ban.

Trust and vetting

Trust tiers are earned through verified, real-world behaviour and can never be bought. We may adjust, suspend or remove standing based on attendance, reports and endorsements. Bans are permanent and recorded in an append-only audit trail.

Events, bookings and payments

Hosts publish events with their own capacity, ratio and entry rules. Applying does not guarantee approval. Tickets are prepaid; payments are processed through our payment provider with discreet statement descriptors. You agree to pay the stated price for any booking you confirm.

Refunds

Each event sets its own refund policy (no refund, full, or partial), shown before you pay. If a host cancels an event, confirmed bookings receive a full refund. Where you cancel, any refund follows that event's policy. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload, and grant us only the limited licence needed to display them within the platform according to the privacy levels you set. Do not upload content you lack the right to share, or that depicts anyone who has not consented.

Prohibited use

No harassment, illegal activity, solicitation, scraping or automated collection of members' data, attempts to de-anonymise members, or any use that endangers the safety or privacy of the community.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the community. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We facilitate introductions and bookings but are not responsible for the conduct of members or hosts at events. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
