Our Secret Lifestyle

Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-06-17

This is a working draft and is pending professional legal review. It reflects our current practices but is not yet a final legal document.

Our Secret Lifestyle is built for discretion. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. We collect the minimum needed to run a safe, members-only community, and privacy is enforced in our systems — not just promised here.

Who this applies to

This policy covers everyone who creates an account or applies to join Our Secret Lifestyle. By using the platform you agree to the handling of your information as described here.

What we collect

Account details you provide: a display alias, email address, and the profile information you choose to share (such as member type, city, experience, interests and an optional contact handle).

Verification details: to confirm you are a real adult, a host sights your name and date of birth in person at your first event. We record only that verification took place — we do NOT store identity documents, scans, photographs of documents, or any biometric data.

Media you upload: profile and gallery photos, each with a privacy level you control.

Activity needed to run the service: bookings, attendance check-ins, and payment records (amount, currency and a processor reference — never full card details, which stay with the payment processor).

What we never collect or store

We do not store identity documents or biometric data. We do not load third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking scripts. We do not sell your data. Payment statement descriptors are deliberately discreet and never reference the nature of the community.

How we use your information

To operate the community: create your profile, process applications and bookings, run check-in, and process prepaid payments and any refunds.

For trust and safety: vetting, our behaviour-based trust tiers, handling reports, and enforcing bans. Trust is earned through verified behaviour and can never be purchased.

To communicate with you about your account and the events you engage with.

Your photos and visibility

Every photo carries a privacy level you set: visible to any member, to verified members only, or to a host of an event you have applied to. Restricted media is served through short-lived signed links, never a public URL.

Profile fields can likewise be set to public, verified-members-only, staff-only, or private. Hosts and door staff see only what you have allowed.

Who can see your information

Other members see only what your privacy settings permit. Hosts and their staff see the limited details needed to vet and check in their own guests. Our payment processor handles card data under its own terms. Platform administrators may access records where necessary for safety, moderation and legal compliance, and such access is logged.

Retention and deletion

Activity metrics use trailing time windows and age out automatically. You can request deletion of your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is reversible for 30 days; after that your personal data is permanently erased (your name, date of birth, email, photos and contact details are removed), while non-identifying records required for others' history and our audit trail are retained in anonymised form.

Your rights

Subject to Thailand's PDPA (and the GDPR where it applies), you may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Account deletion is self-service; for other requests, contact us. We will respond within the time limits the law requires.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the site securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See the Cookies page for detail.

Security

Access to data is restricted at the database level (row-level security), so the privacy perimeter is enforced by the system rather than by application code alone. Connections are encrypted in transit.

Changes and contact

We will post any material change here and update the date above. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to our support contact.
